It is common knowledge that exercise benefits the body, although it can also be one of the most powerful ways to boost your happiness, or cope with anxiety and stress. First things first, there is no right or wrong form of exercise. No matter if you are interested in yoga, cardiovascular activities, weightlifting, or other mediums of exercise, there are amazing benefits.


Exercise as a Form of Self Care

When dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or other intense emotions, exercise can be a window to getting a fresh perspective on your situation. Exercising can stimulate your brain to release chemicals that physically boost your mood. An enormous part of constructing a happy life is to have constant healthy aspects to rely on, physical activity can act as one of these constants when other things deviate from the desired path.

A key point in the world of exercise is that everybody sets their own starting point, there is no competition aside from working with yourself.
