How did Wear Your Label start?
Wear Your Label was founded by Kyle MacNevin and Kayley Reed in 2014 in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Both co-founders, Kyle and Kayley, live with mental illness. They wanted to set a positive example for other people living with mental illness, by creating an authentic brand that represented their personal experiences and explored living life with mental illness. This is how ‘Wear Your Label’ was born.
Wear Your Label is currently managed by Kyle. Kayley left the company in 2018 to pursue other passions.
What does "Wear Your Label" mean?
To “wear your label” is to take ownership of your mental health. Labels like "anxious" and "depressed" are just descriptors of your mental health, and they're nothing to be ashamed of. Hence: Wear Your Label.”
Wear Your Label we believe that giving mental health labels a negative connotation perpetuates stigma and prevents positive conversation. We believe you should be able to talk openly about your mental health, recognizing that your labels don't define who you are.

Wear Your Label operates out of Fredericton, New Brunswick, with partners across the Maritime provinces.

What products do you offer?
We currently offer a line of Artist Prints. Prints are available in a variety of sizes, both framed and unframed.
Who designs your products?
All of our products are designed by our founder and CEO, Kyle MacNevin.
Do you have any plans to offer new products?
This is just the beginning of our journey. We envision Wear Your Label as a comprehensive lifestyle brand that will offer artist prints, home goods, and clothing.
Where are your products made?
Our Artist Prints are produced on-demand by Printful.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be sent a shipping notification email that includes the tracking number for your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be changed up until they are in production at Printful. Typically, production will begin within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. Once an order is in production, no further changes can be made. If you want to change your order please contact email@example.com.
Order cancellations must be received within 24 hours. Cancellation requests received more than 24 hours after the order was placed will be refused. If you want to cancel your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques or money orders.
Why is my credit/debit card not being accepted?
The billing address and phone number provided must match the information currently on file with your bank. If you feel there’s an error, we recommend getting in contact with your financial institution or double-checking the information entered in the required fields.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
If you haven’t received your order please do the following:
- Confirm that the delivery/shipping address you provided is correct.
- If your address was incorrect, please contact email@example.com.
- Check the tracking status of your order to attempt to determine the location.
- If your package has been marked as ‘delivered’ by the carrier, but you have not received or located the package, please reach out to the carrier to inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person (For example, “Package left under the table on the back porch”).
- If no additional delivery information was provided, contact your location post office to attempt to locate the order if you believe it may be lost.
If you are unable to locate your package, or you believe your order was lost in transit, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the resolution process.
