How do I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be sent a shipping notification email that includes the tracking number for your order.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be changed up until they are in production at Printful. Typically, production will begin within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. Once an order is in production, no further changes can be made. If you want to change your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Order cancellations must be received within 24 hours. Cancellation requests received more than 24 hours after the order was placed will be refused. If you want to cancel your order please contact email@example.com.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards or debit cards. We also accept Paypal. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques or money orders.
Why is my credit/debit card not being accepted?
The billing address and phone number provided must match the information currently on file with your bank. If you feel there’s an error, we recommend getting in contact with your financial institution or double-checking the information entered in the required fields.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
If you haven’t received your order please do the following:
Confirm that the delivery/shipping address you provided is correct. If your address was incorrect, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Check the tracking status of your order to attempt to determine the location.
- If your package has been marked as ‘delivered’ by the carrier, but you have not received or located the package, please reach out to the carrier to inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person (For example, “Package left under the table on the back porch”).
- If no additional delivery information was provided, contact your location post office to attempt to locate the order if you believe it may be lost.
If you are still unable to locate your package, or you believe your order was lost in transit, please reach out to email@example.com to begin the resolution process.
