Something didn't work out? No worries! We accept returns up to 30 days after order shipment for in-store credit or exchange. All clothing returns must be unworn, and sale items are only eligible for in-store credit of the sale value.
Send us an e-mail via our contact page with your Order # and reason for return. We will confirm that a return/exchange is applicable for the situation; returning without confirmation may delay an exchange.
When our Customer Happiness Team responds to your email, they will send you our shipping address for you to mail in your returned item. Include an original invoice or print-out of order confirmation (with your order name & number). Include a note with your reason for return (Do you want another size? A gift card? Let us know). Don't forget to include your return shipping address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we've received it. If approved for return/exchange, your exchanged item will be shipped free of cost to you or your gift card will be processed. Jewelry repairs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Wear Your Label is not responsible for shipping costs to return an item; we do not guarantee - and cannot be held responsible - if we do not receive your returned item.
Wear Your Label is not and can not be held responsible for any shipping delays by distributors or third party carriers (such as UPS, Canada Post and USPS). International customers may be charged additional duty fees at customs are determined solely by each country's customs policies. Wear Your Label holds no responsibility for paying additional duty fees, and can not reimburse customers for these charges. Customers must inquire with their respective postal service about undelivered (lost) parcels with appropriate tracking numbers (please note at the checkout that your chosen service includes a tracking number). Untracked, undelivered parcels can not be reimbursed by shipping agents.
