Does Wear Your Label offer refunds, returns or exchanges?

Yes. We offer refunds, returns and exchanges. 

  • Items that are damaged during transit are eligible for replacement.
  • Items that are misprinted or defective are eligible for replacement.
  • Items that are lost during transit are eligible for replacement, or refund.
  • Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.
  • Refunds are available in limited circumstances. Refund requests must be received by Customer Service within 30 days of the item ship date.

To begin the resolution process contact Customer Service (friends@wearyourlabel.com). We will need your order number, the name of the product purchased, and a description of the customer service issue you are seeking to resolve.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, our apologies! Please contact us at friends@wearyourlabel.com and we will be sure to get you the product you ordered.

What’s the procedure for a return or exchange?

Refunds, returns and exchanges have strict timelines.

  • If your Item is damaged during shipping, we will work with you and our print-on-demand supplier to get you a replacement, free of charge. You must submit your Customer Service request within 4 weeks receiving the product.

  • If your item is misprinted, or defective we will work with you and our print-on-demand supplier to get you a replacement, free of charge. You must submit your Customer Service request within 4 weeks receiving the product.

  • If your item was lost during transit, we will work with you and our print-on-demand supplier to get you a replacement, online store credit, or a refund. You must submit your Customer Service request no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Do I need to return the item in its original packaging?

If you are required to return the item to Wear Your Label, we ask that you return it in original packaging where possible.

Should I include the order slip when returning an Item?

Where possible, please include your order slip with any item that you are returning to us.

Is there a limited time frame in which a return or exchange can be completed?

Returns are available within 30 days of the ship date. Products returned more than 30 days after the ship date are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Who pays for shipping? 

If your Wear Your Label item was defective or damaged during transit, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label if you are required to return the item.

In all other cases, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping and may ship the item back using the carrier of their choice.

Does the item need to be in original condition, or is wear and tear acceptable?

Items should be returned in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, or exchanges for items that have obvious wear and tear.

How long will it take to get a refund?

Refunds and exchanges take between 7 - 14 days to process. Please be patient while we work to solve the problem. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
