Where do you ship from?

We have distributors in both Canada & USA. Most clothing will ship from Los Angeles, California, and most accessories ship from Montreal, Canada and Fredericton, NB. Check individual product descriptions to see where your item will ship from :) 

How much is shipping?

For orders within Canada & the US, we used tiered shipping based on order price (starting at just $5 for orders under $50!). Free shipping is offered on orders $100+ 

How long does it take for my order to ship?

99% of orders are packaged and shipped within 1 week. Delivery times are usually 1-2 weeks after that. 

Has my order been shipped? 

You will always receive a notification e-mail when your order has been shipped. Please check your inbox and junk mail for your confirmation before contacting us regarding your order's status.

I have an issue with my tracking number or shipment. Help?

Please contact the shipping agent directly with your tracking number to resolve concerns. We are unable to provide updates on untracked shipments, and are not responsible for delayed shipments. If you have an issue with your order (damaged goods, wrong order, incomplete) please e-mail us at: info@wearyourlabel.com with your order number and full name :) 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! Shipping is tiered based on order price. 

What's the deal with duty fees?! 

Because some of our distributors are in the USA, International customers, as well as those in Canada may be subject to duty fees depending on their order size (generally only larger orders are assessed for duties). But we offer a "duties paid" shipping option at the checkout so you don't have to worry! International customers may also be subject to duty fees at the border. 

My order didn't arrive in time for my friend's birthday/ Christmas/ an event. Can I get a refund?

Sorry, we can't and do not guarantee delivery times :( life happens, weather can cause delays, things can get held up at customs, etc. We'll always do our best to get things out quickly, but once it's in the hands of the shipping carrier, we have no control over deliveries. Please contact them directly with your tracking number for questions around delivery.
