Wholesale Info & Terms
The Wear Your Label wholesale program is integrated into our online store (wearyourlabel.com). All approved wholesale clients are asked to create a customer account at the link below with your organization e-mail address (if applicable):
**Please notify firstname.lastname@example.org when you are done creating a customer account so that wholesale rates may be applied. Once logged in, you will be able to view discounted prices, stock levels, and shop directly from our store. We accept all major credit cards, and PayPal.
All currently stocked merchandise will typically ship within 1-5 business days (or up to 2 weeks during busy periods, for example the holiday season, product launches, or #BellLetsTalk day).
If an item is marked as pre-order, the estimated shipping dates will be listed in the product description. The minimum wholesale order for first time clients/orders is $300 CAD - please note any smaller orders may be rejected or cancelled from our back-end to prevent misuse of wholesale pricing. Customers can view order history and order status (tracking numbers) when logged in to their account.
Please note, all returns are only applicable for in-store credit, and may be subject to a restock fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any back-ordered items may ship at a later date, or be refunded to the customer's order payment method. Orders which include *pre-order* items will typically ship all at once (during pre-order shipping dates). To receive faster shipping, please contact email@example.com to upgrade shipping method at time of purchase.
