STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGES
We care about your happiness, and want to reflect that in our store policies. If you’re not totally happy with what you purchased – whether it is the wrong size, colour, or has a defect – we are happy to talk with you about returning for store credit or exchange. Eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchange. To begin the return process, please contact us with the reason for your return via the contact page on our website.

THE PROCESS
Once we have received an e-mail from you with your return intent, we will be able to help you through the process. You can expect a response e-mail, notifying we have received your message, within a few business days. Upon receiving the returned item on our end, we will be able to confirm the eligibility for store credit or exchange, and will notify you again. Store credit will be dispersed in the form of a gift card, and exchanges will be dealt with personally by a member of our team.

If you don’t hear from us immediately, please wait 48 hours before following up with your request.

EXCEPTIONS
Sale items are not eligible for return. Any items out-of-season are not eligible for return. Thread bracelets are final sale items.
Wear Your Label holds the right to defer requests for return.

REFUNDS
Refunds (to the payment source) may be issued in the case where a manufacturing or processing issue is the reason for return. Determined at the discretion of Wear Your Label.

SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
